of our Reverse Mortgage Specialists) In 1992, I co-founded Towne & Country Mortgage with my father, Donald W. Belles, and have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. So much has changed, but one thing is evident: 'What I enjoy most, is making a difference in the lives of clients and their families. Assisting seniors to improve the quality of life in their retirement years is extremely rewarding.' The decision to change our company's name to Reverse Mortgage of New England was the natural outcome after years of focusing on reverse mortgages. The name identifies what we do and where we do it, it just made sense.
Living on the Cape and having run a real estate company, I have seen first hand how some seniors felt pressure to sell their Cape Cod homes. They believed that by selling their dream home it would stop the nightmares they were facing as the price of living slowly exceeded their monthly income. With a HECM Reverse Mortgage, I have been able to provide many seniors with a way to keep living the dream and stop the financial nightmares. It really is that good. I have been in the mortgage industry for 13 years, the last 10 of which I have spent at Towne & Country Mortgage. Since 2003, I have focused on Reverse Mortgages and developed the philosophy that my job is to educate people about this product while helping them decide if it is the right program for them. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating long-term relationships with my Reverse Mortgage customers.
